My initial experiments with Shadow from everyday objects around the house.
I sent the following photograph to the Jack Daniels Facebook website and was amazed at the response. So far ive received 60 odd comments, all of which have been very favourable. http://www.facebook.com/home.php#!/jackdanielsjdsetuk
Here I am promoting the new Writtle College Website and I didn’t realise that I would be on the ‘working for Writtle’ page. A pleasant surprise. The picture behind me is one of my creations:

A walk along the sea front.
I wanted to take pictures out of my bedroom window to see how the sky changed colour depending on the time of day, watch the snow melt from the rooftops and the comings and goings of everyday life. I kept the camera static and took photographs whenever I was able to during the course of 4 days.
I have been experimenting with light at night and the use of a slow shutter speed, whilst hanging out of my car window and gauging when to release the shutter on the camera. I have produced some unusual and interesting results.
These photographs have been changed using HDR. I may incorporate this method of photography into one of my sets of photographs.
